PULSAR TELOS LRF XT50 THERMAL MONOCULAR
The Pulsar Telos LRF XT50 sits at the top end of Pulsar’s handheld thermal range, combining an impressive 1280 × 1024 HD thermal sensor, integrated 1,200m laser rangefinder and advanced image stabilisation in a rugged, field-ready monocular.
At its core is a 1280 × 1024, 12μm thermal sensor with <20mK system NETD, delivering exceptional detail and target definition even when thermal contrast is poor. Combined with the fast 50mm F1.0 objective lens, the XT50 provides a detection range of up to 2,300 metres while maintaining a particularly wide 17.5° field of view for scanning large areas.
The XT50 offers 2–16× magnification, with Zoom Boost extending magnification up to 24×. Electronic image stabilisation helps maintain a steady, usable image as magnification increases, while the 1920 × 1080 Full HD AMOLED display provides a sharp, high-contrast viewing experience.
An integrated laser rangefinder provides accurate measurements out to 1,200 metres, making it easy to determine the distance to animals, landmarks and other objects in the field.

1280 × 1024 HD Thermal Sensor
The standout feature of the Telos LRF XT50 is its 1280 × 1024 HD thermal sensor. With four times the pixel count of a conventional 640 × 512 sensor, the XT50 can reproduce significantly finer thermal detail, particularly when identifying smaller or more distant heat signatures.
Its <20mK system NETD also allows the device to distinguish subtle temperature differences in difficult conditions such as high humidity, fog, drizzle and low thermal contrast.
Wide Field of View & Long-Range Detection
Despite its long-range capability, the XT50 provides an exceptionally wide 17.5° field of view – approximately 30.7 metres at 100 metres.
Combined with a detection range of up to 2,300 metres, this gives the XT50 the versatility to quickly scan large paddocks and bushland before zooming in for closer observation and identification.
2–16× Magnification with Zoom Boost
The Telos LRF XT50 provides a versatile 2–16× magnification range, allowing users to move from wide-area scanning to detailed long-range observation.
For situations requiring additional reach, Zoom Boost extends magnification up to 24×, while electronic image stabilisation helps reduce visible movement and maintain a steadier thermal image at higher magnification.
Integrated 1,200m Laser Rangefinder
An integrated laser rangefinder provides precise distance measurements out to 1,200 metres.
The rangefinder can be used in both single-measurement and continuous scanning modes, providing valuable distance information while observing stationary or moving animals.
Full HD AMOLED Display
A 1920 × 1080 Full HD AMOLED display complements the high-resolution thermal sensor, providing excellent contrast, fine detail and smooth viewing.
Combined with multiple thermal colour palettes and Picture-in-Picture functionality, the XT50 can be configured to suit different environments and individual viewing preferences.
128GB Recording & Wireless Connectivity
With 128GB of internal memory, the Telos LRF XT50 can capture photos and thermal video directly from the device.
Built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC connectivity also provides integration with Pulsar’s Stream Vision ecosystem for transferring recordings, firmware updates and additional functionality through compatible smartphones.
LPS7i Replaceable Battery
The removable Pulsar LPS7i battery provides up to 8 hours of operation, making the XT50 suitable for extended nights in the field.
The battery supports USB-C charging and wireless charging, while its replaceable design means additional battery packs can be carried for extended trips.
Built for Australian Conditions
The Telos platform features a durable rubber-armoured body designed to provide a secure grip while protecting the unit from demanding field conditions.
With IPX7 water resistance and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +40°C, the XT50 is designed to perform through rain, humidity, cold mornings and demanding hunting conditions.
